Born from raisined grapes, Yvorne "Ange et Démon" reveals its strengths:
Amber color, with fragrances of lychee, wild honey, candied fruit and caramel, the nose is reminiscent of pastries.
A liquorish mouthfeel with a touch of acidity that judiciously balances the whole.
This sweet wine can accompany desserts as well as blue-veined cheeses such as Roquefort. Some will enjoy it with foie gras, but it's also perfect as an aperitif, for a gourmet moment of pure pleasure.
